Job description / Role
An international law firm with offices across the world are seeking a Team Assistant to support their small Abu Dhabi team. This is an exciting opportunity for a well presented candidate to work within a multinational team and work with professionals in the firm from around the world (America, Japan, UK and South America)
- Provide administrative support including drafting and proofreading documents
- Meet and greet clients, set up meeting rooms and provide meeting materials
- Assist with legal and business development research
- Over see the office facilities including managing supplies and maintenance
Requirements
This role is suitable for someone with at least 3 years experience supporting a professional team with a background in either law, financial services or professional services.
Candidates must be very well presented with strong communication skills as you will be regularly dealing with professionals from all over the globe within the business.
Strong typing skills as well as organisational skills are a must.
The role is based in Abu Dhabi with a competitive salary on offer, plus parking facilities.
WESTERN candidates will be given preference. However, fluency in Japanese would be very beneficial.
