Job description / Role
A multinational financial services company are looking for an experienced Team Assistant to join their department. Reporting directly to 7 - 10 directors the role has none of the normal PA/EA duties but is more of a coordinator position managing projects, coordinating meetings, logistics and events.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have extensive experience within a team based position. The ability to multitask and make pragmatic decisions is key as the directors travel often. This also means the candidate needs to be a self starter and have the ability to ' think outside the box '.
In addition to relevant experience the candidate must be degree educated.
