Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading professional services organisation who is looking to hire a Team Assistant on a 6 months maternity contract.
For this temporary role, it is absolutely crucial that you have had prior professional services experience from a reputable organisation and legal administrative experience would be advantageous. In addition to standard administrative duties, you shall be expected to process expense claims and organise travel arrangements. You will assist with research and planning corporate events in addition to undertaking light PA duties in-order to support the firm’s senior team.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role, gained either in a legal, professional services, financial services, or banking environment. You should also have solid office support experience along with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
In character, you will be positive and proactive with a professional manner. In addition, it is essential that you are well organised and work well under pressure. You will already be residing in Abu Dhabi and will be immediately available given this is a contract position.
Due to the scope of the role preference will be given to native English speaking candidates.
