Team Lead - Front End Engineering

Job description / Role

Quest Search and Selection is working with a well-known company in the Middle East who is looking for a Team lead – Front End Engineering. You will be working in an agile, dynamic environment and will be responsible for multi-faceted software development, integration, and application builds including mobile application components.
As a Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop structure and design of web platform
• Develop new features for user experience
• Optimize web design for relevant platforms (e.g. mobile)
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
• Document development phases
• Lead, mentor and manage junior developers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or any relevant field
• Must have experience in coding for an e-commerce/retail business.
• Expert in ReactJS - over 3 years, Javascript (Guru), HTML, CSS, knowledgeable in UI/UX
• Preferably be able to bring in European best practices
• Has worked in an agile environment
• Good delegation and time management skills
• Problem-solving abilities
