Team Leader- Operations

Job Purpose
To manage and support our outsourced staff by coordinating with internal departments and employees in day to day administration. As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Detailed responsibilities
• Responsible for all Internal Customer Interactions & Operational Issues.
• To maintain a healthy relationship between employee, client and company by supporting them on various issues.
• Manage employee grievances and provide a proper resolution on their issues on timely basis.
• Arrangement of open house session every quarter for all employees to build a strong relationship between employee, company and client.
• Management of on boarding of all the new employees into and across the organization and act as a single point of contact to facilitate smooth transition.
• Ensure that all transactions and reports are processed according to internal procedures and guidelines
• Provide step by step guidance and assist the new employees in settling quickly.
• Assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures, and ensuring its proper implementation
• Provide regular updates to the Line HR and the Business Units and complete the on boarding within SLAs.
• Handle incoming email and queries regarding benefits or other HR policies and procedures by accessing various systems to obtain needed information
• Verify and monitor all kinds of employee’s letters (bank, embassy, Recommendation, employment etc
• Providing salary certificates and pay slips according to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with appropriate subject matter expert to communicate back to employees within service levels
• Coordinating with PRO for new visas/ visa renewals/ labor contracts
• Sharing visa details with candidate and process On Boarding formalities by coordinating with travel agent.
• Tracking, updating and confirming of leaves (Annual/Sick/Unpaid/Emergency etc.)
• Responsible for Visa / Labor cards / gates passes for the outsourced employees
• Updation & Management of all MIS reports on a regular basis.
• Support other departments with necessary information for processing the offer letter, attendance punching and pay roll
• Induction / Familiarization program for all new outsourced joinees
• Processing resignation,final clearance with exit formalities.
• Coordinating with PRO for new visas/ visa renewals/ labor contracts
• Other responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Ideal candidate must be
• Graduate (Any discipline)
• Excellent communication skills - English.
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Prior operations experience is mandatory
• Expertise in MS Office skills
• Minimum two years UAE experience

About the Company

The Dulsco story began in 1935 when Mohammed Khan Abdulla Mirza Abdulla, the father of the present Chairman of Dulsco, Abdul Aziz Mohammed Khan Abdulla, appointed some able-bodied men to row their dhows through the Dubai Creek to a British India Steam Navigation Company owned ship at anchor in the Arabian Gulf, and bring ashore its cargo of foodstuff and clothing.
