Job description / Role
As a Team Leader at Hays Oil & Gas team you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, account management and delivery for our OPCO & EPC clients. Sat alongside some of the best recruiters in the business, you know that understanding and delivering the needs of your clients is essential in this highly competitive market. With world-class knowledge of all relevant technologies and total commitment to delivery and high performance, you will become a trusted advisor to the decision makers from Fortune 500 clients across GCC counties.
You will need to identify and qualify client requirements and candidates, prior to submission and following up generated leads. You will also need client and candidate network development and a proven track record of experience of account development.
Requirements
To be successful for this role you must have both permanent and contracting experience within OPCO and EPC, have two years minimum management experience and a minimum of five years recruitment experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
