Team Leader - Operations - Al Futtaim Logistics - Abu Dhabi - UAE

We are currently looking for a Team Leader to work within Operations team in Al-Futtaim Logistics. This role will be based in Abu Dhabi and will report into the Operations Manager. The main purpose of this role is to ensure efficient handling of customers ( internal and external); training and coaching the drivers and other operations staff; Implement QC initiatives; HSE Compliance.

The role holder will also be responsible for ensuring Operations Team KPIs are met in the automotive yard;measure incidents. The Team Leader will develop existing accounts and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you will ideally be a Graduate with at least 4+ years of experience within in Automotive Logistics Operations in a Team Leader role or equivalent. There will be an element of local travel involved and therefore it is essential that you hold a valid UAE Drivers Licence.

This role can have changeable priorities and so strong organisation skills are required along with the ability to work flexible hours.
