Team Member (Production)

Job description / Role

• Assisting Cooks in cutting Vegetables and other food products
• Helping Cooks in all meals preparation
• Assemble the trollies / tray setup
• Labelling food products as per food hygiene standards
• Preparing Juices
• Portioning the meals and salads
• Preparing sandwiches according to standards
• DE boxing of boxes
• Making sure kitchen is always clean

Requirements

• Minimum one years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Ability to work with the team.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Must be able to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions.
