Job description / Role

BWP are working with a prestigious bank in the DIFC who are looking for assistance in finding an experienced Team PA to join a busy team of bankers.

Salary 20-22,000 AED

Duties
- Supporting as a team PA to a team of bankers
- Screening calls & emails
- Extensive diary management which includes complex travel/meeting itineraries
- Part of the Executive team for coordination of VIP arrivals into region
- Action all incoming emails into CCO’s inbox and manage all outgoing correspondence, ensuring correct grammar, language and spelling is used.
- Prepare Word/Excel/PowerPoint presentations
- Attending conference calls and meetings
- Minute taking and distribution

Requirements

- Western Educated candidate with Financial Industry experience
- Min 3 years PA / Executive Assistant experience
- UAE experience advantageous
- Female requested
- Advance Microsoft package knowledge
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong, flexible and able to multitask
- Financial service multinational Bank or Investment company would be a plus
- Smart, well present in appearance
