Technical and Sales Support Engineer

Job description / Role

Currently recruiting on behalf of a global world leading organisation for a technical and sales support engineer. Due to continued growth and success, this person will be taken on to become part of the well-established team in the Dubai office.

It is essential that the person successful for this role is willing to travel for up to 4 days out of the week and this is nonnegotiable.

You will work alongside the regional sales manager and your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Remain commercially aware within your market across the middle east and Egypt
- Work with clients to provide them with product knowledge in order to establish the right product for their needs
- Provide customers with technical support
- Organise and provide training seminars on products
- Liaise with technical support team
- Travel essential for up to 4 days per week

Requirements

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have a proven background in technical/industrial/engineering industries. You will also have a passion for sales and be immaculately presented as this is a customer facing role.

Requirements
- Western Educated (European degree)
- UAE work experience
- Managing customer service within industrial industry
