Job description / Role
• Consultant for Food Safety certifications
• Preparation of manuals and SOPs based on HACCP, ISO, BRC
• Document preparation for GMP, GHP, HALAL, EQM, ECAS
• Conducting assessments and closing audits non-conformity
• Develop requirements and activities for certification completion
• Assisting and reporting technical head.
Requirements
• 2-3years of experience in the Food Industry. Must be a degree holder in Science
• Experience on FSMS, BRC, HACCP and ISO 22000, UAE regulatory requirements, audit challenges, knowledge on GHP, GMP, Halal
• Experience in food safety audits and certification process
• Candidate MUST be in UAE
