Technical Instructor (Trainer Ace Fx)

Responsibilities:
- Conducts, facilitates and develops technical training courses for either company employees and/or customers and business partners.
- Provides training on new and existing course materials. Selects appropriate training aids needed for course delivery.
- Prepares lesson plans relevant to training material. Acts as a subject matter expert on course material.
- Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions to implement suggestions for improvements.
- Prioritizes work, works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria and provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex projects.
- Working knowledge of communication systems or server communications is preferred.

Requirements

- Typically requires 6 + years’ experience and a Bachelor's degree
- Must have industry recognized qualifications and experience (ie: CCIE or equivalent Juniper certification)
- Must be a Technician/Engineer – with min 6 yrs experience
- Training experience is not necessary as long as you have a technical background in networking
- Fluency in English a must.
- Must have experience with networking protocols
- Is Cisco or Juniper certified
- Experience with: ERS 3500/4000/5000/8000, VSP 7000/9000, WLAN 8100 & IDE
- Telecommunications experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Travel up to 50% of working time
