Technical Lead .Net

Job description / Role

The Senior .NET developer is responsible for all development related task such as Content Management Systems, module development, database development, system integration, system analysis, design, coding and testing while mentoring the .NET developers in his team.

He has to analyze business requirements and transform them into technical design and specifications. Implement the design to develop and test the functional requirements together with the development team. Ensure SVN source code maintenance.

Administer development and production environments for websites and databases. Proactively provide ideas and solutions towards the improvement of the business and products.

- Work closely with the User Interface team

Requirements

- Leading the development team on a production level.
- Mentoring the team;
- Identifying growth areas of the team and working with them to increase their skill.
- Fully responsible for the quality of output across the complete department.
- Implementing new trends and technologies and ensuring the team are up to date and aware.

- Growth of the skill set with-in the development team.
- Consistently delivering quality projects that are delivered on time and with in the allocated time.
- Successful implementation of development processes, in conjunction with Tamer Radwan
