Synopsis

This role reports to the Senior Portfolio Delivery Lead. Would you love to be at the forefront of online business innovation and help your customers achieve their goals. Adobe Target TLs are client-facing roles requiring a wide range of technical skills and knowledge! In addition to meeting customer business objectives, personalization consultants develop and test Target solutions. Adobe Target Consultant will be tasked to deploying and managing Adobe Target Platform to power all of product brand experiences. You will be responsible for helping to deliver and improve the customer experience across client's digital channels.

Accountabilities

Technical expertise on Adobe Target with hands-on use cases implementing experience.

- Ability to customize the use cases as per business requirements.
- Ability to create A/B test, Multivariate Test, Experience targeting etc, activities with audience creation.
- Gather, document, and help form/guide client business requirements, key performance indicators, and other functional and/or technical requirements.
- Design customized solutions and implementation roadmaps.
- Generate customized code if needed and assist with its implementation and deployment.
- Support clients' developers and third parties throughout the implementation process.
- Validate and debug implementation and follow through on issues until resolved.
- Plan & execute optimization campaigns, including the definition of test goals, ROI, tracking metrics, sample size etc.
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to evaluate the success of optimization efforts, develop insights into customer behaviour, and evaluate the effectives of existing metrics
- Generates hypothesis, solicits ideas from stakeholders, and work from a testing roadmap to develop data insights.
- Communicate the results to of optimization program to a broad audience of stakeholders and executives.
- Manage customer expectations appropriately and keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Work to educate clients on the best practices in relation to their specific industry and key business requirements.
- Should provide holistic technical solution for any new use cases.
- Participate in technical & functional discussion with all business & IT teams.
- Good to have understanding / exposure to cross product integration ( i.e. Target - Campaign, Target - AAM etc..).
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Oversee the configuration, administration, and operation of Adobe Target to support multi-channel, multi brand campaigns.
- Develop and implement an A/B & multivariate strategy across brands.
- Implements A/B, MVT, Recommendations & Automated Personalization tests.
- Supports and develop processes and documentation for tagging, testing, QA, reporting and compliance review.
- Works closely with the software engineering team and the UI/UX teams to ensure target code follows best practices.
- Develops reports and Dashboards in Adobe Analytics and Target Advice on testing protocols and practices to ensure testing needs are met.
- Assess and audit the configuration of the Adobe platform.
- Accelerate implementation and achieve ROI on the Adobe Target investment.

Requirements

Education & Experience

- A minimum of 7-8 years' experience in digital marketing; experience with enterprise marketing software is preferred.
- The candidate should have extensive experience in Adobe Target with at least 5-6 years of hands-on consulting and implementation experience.
- Extensive experience in front-end development with modern front-end technologies such as, HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, Angular or React and CSS
- Extensive experience with browser dev tools and postman for designing and debugging purposes
- Strong experience of Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies, such as Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Analytics, and their native integrations
- Strong experience of consuming public and private APIs
- Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, decision-making abilities, and communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills including collaborating, team building, and communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- MUST be Adobe certified to expert or master level
- Experience in leading Adobe target implementations across Web, mobile, and apps
- Experience in A/B and multi-variate testing methodologies
