Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A well rounded Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for providing full recruiting lifecycle: research, sourcing, preliminary screening and interviewing of active and passive candidates.

The person selected for this role will, as part of a technical recruiting team, will build an internal database of qualified candidates for present and future needs.

Efficiently and effectively fills open positions and develops a pipeline of talent for future needs by:
- Creatively sources candidates
- Conducts pre-screening interviews to ensure satisfactory company and position fit
- Facilitates the hiring manager interview process including coordinating phone and in-person interviews, travel, and/or videoconferences as needed
- Manages Candidate salary expectations and advising management on compensation
- Develops and maintains communication in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers
- Coordinates position requisitions with management to develop and update accurate job descriptions, ensure all openings have appropriate approvals, and maintaining consistency with corporate policy
- Prepares and presents offer packages to candidates

Requirements

- 2-4 + years recruiting experience
- Solid recruitment experience within the Information Technology sector
- Engineering Recruitment experience would be preferred
- Strong computer skills in MS office
- Exposure to online job portals
- Complies with defined recruiting process
- Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong delivery, time management, and organizational skills
- Works well under pressure both independently and as a team player
