Technical Sales Engineer - Solar & Renewable Energy - Panatech - Al Futtaim Electronics - Dubai, U.A.E

An exciting opportunity is opened for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to sell and manage clients across the solar and renewable energy vertical. You will be responsible responsible for identifying, qualifying and initiating business with Retail Sales Accounts. Forecasting future sales and assessing future requirements. Maintaining accounts receivables within guidelines. Prospecting for and development of business from retail partners.

Your role will be based in Dubai. You will report into the Sales Manager.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting role, you need to have a Bachelors / Engineering degree. You should have minimum 3+ years technical sales experience in solar and renewable energy solutions. At least two years in projects / retail channel partner management. Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an asset.

Along with previous experience you must have a strong work ethic, competitive drive and entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication skills. Good account management / mapping skills. An excellent customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner are required.

To be a successful in this role, you must be commercially aware and knowledgeable of of all aspects of solar solution integration and the ability to make client proposals, have the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment amidst frequent change. You will have a high level of market awareness, analytical ability, decision making, strategic thinking & teamwork.
