Technical Sales Executive - Office Automation - Al Futtaim Electronics - Techserve - Dubai, U.A.E.

As a Technical Sales Executive you will manage corporate clients and provided solutions based on requirements for documents and records. Accountable for providing value added selling of Multifunction Devices & print solutions. Implement TCO cost saving audits for a variety of companies in the region by harnessing on existing hardware & redesign network infrastructure.

Doing presentations on the products along with Total Cost of Ownership, Cost Benefit Analysis and Comparative Analysis to the target customers. Analyzing all prospective customer requirements and present a suitable solution to improve productivity and reduce print cost to customers.

Develop new business, marketing, technical sales presentation and client relations for strategic and large accounts across the industries for end to end IT hardware and software solutions.

Identify latest project and market information through industry sources and regular customer visits. Sell reputed brand photo copiers, printers, laptops and other enterprise products to small and medium business entities.

Direct sales to the Corporate enterprises, B2B customers, SME and other verticals.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have: A University degree. 3 plus years of experience in a similar Key Account Management role dealing with products such as Printers and Copiers for various Corporate accounts as well as Government entities in Electronics in UAE / GCC. Knowledge on Print management and Archiving solutions. (Y- soft, Paper cut, Equitrac, Uniflow, Document management software etc.,). Sales & Presentation skills. Analytical ability. Customer handling capability. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
