Technical Sales Manager GCC/Levant Areas - Water Management Products - European Manufacturer

Responsible for technically and commercially supporting the developing key infrastructure projects across the GCC and Levant Area for the company range of Water Management Solutions. Close working requirement and relationship development with clients, government, consultants and main contractors in the public and private sectors.

Key Accountabilities:
- Measured activities relating to specific KPI’s
- Management and development of key clients / customers
- Project tracking through to conversion success
- Achievement of sales targets relative to business planning
- Strategic management major projects in support of the country team
- Recording of all activities via Salesforce CRM system

Health, Safety and Environment
- Ensure activities are carried out whilst complying with all measures introduced by the company with respect to Health, Safety and the Environment. In particular to comply with all procedures, safe working methods and practices and agreed rules to protect your own Health and Safety as well as others that may be affected by your actions, or omissions.
- Fully support the Health and Safety Policy, as laid down in the Company procedures.

Requirements

- Recognised Civil/Mechanical Engineering qualification (Degree or similar)
- Construction Industry related commercial experience
- Experience in handling Clients, Government, Consultants & Contractors at a senior level
- High level of technical capability and competence relative to civil engineering
- Ability to work as part of a team, be motivational, as well as being self-motivated
- Be highly numerate and able to work with commercial strategies
- Ability to monitor own performance and take appropriate action to maximise outputs
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Computer literate, highly competent in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, CAD)
- Time management skills
- Flexibility relative to on-going business needs
- Strong language skills – preferably Arabic & English

Remuneration:
- Basic Salary: 20,000 AED
- Bonus Opportunity: TBA - based on sales performance of business
- Expense Account: As required on external visits
- Holiday Entitlement: 22 days + Local Holidays
- Transportation: A fully expensed 4x4 vehicle will be provided
- Mobile Phone: Will be provided
- Computer: Laptop provided
