Technical Support Manager (Architectural Products)

Our client, a global, market leading manufacturer of architectural products is looking for a Technical Support Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The role involves providing advanced technical support to the project sales and specification teams on major projects. You would focus on bespoke solutions for consultants and contractors in addition to taking responsibility for drawing approvals and substantiations.

Other duties include the technical site support for major projects and contractors to ensure correct installations and technical issues are resolved on site. The position reports in to the Senior Technical Support Manager.

Requirements

Applicants should have a Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering and or a professional construction or technical qualification. 4-5 years technical specification experience and the practical and logical knowledge of construction products and building systems.

You will be based in the UAE at the time of application so that you have experience working with local contractors and consultants as well as the projects in this region.

You will be results-focused, customer focused, use initiative, have strong listening and communication skills, be innovative and a strong team-player.
