PLEASE NOTE – THIS IS NOT A WEB DEVELOPER ROLE
A leading Global client of ours is looking to hire a tech support specialist who can provide web support to internal & external clients. The support specialist is responsible for providing high-quality technical support to the clients. This person will be assisting with data analysis & testing customer facing bug fixes. This person will also work on other programming and documentation projects as required Support Engineers deliver effective technical customer support to our rapidly growing customer base, delivering solutions and supporting a wide range of technologies.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
- Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention
- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
- Participation in providing training to customers as required
Requirements
- Degree or Tertiary qualified is desirable
- High school completion and certificate is a must
- 3 - 4 years experience in technical support and customer service
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, MySQL, HTML, PHP, JAVASCRIPT etc.
