Technician - Mobile

Job description / Role

- Helping customers by discussing the mobiles specifications.
- After selling service like data transfer and apps downloading
- Repairing devices ( software & hardware )
- Receiving warranty devices and following it with customer service centre.
- Ordering spare parts checking it after receiving and control the damage or faulty spares.
- Repairing HiPHONE warranty devices after checking with head of technician.
- Increasing technician technical knowledge, like browsing technical sites to be up to date.
- Sending daily report for daily work and monthly sheet.
- Updating the other sales staff by the product knowledge for mobiles and tablets.

Requirements

- Good in Software and Hardware Mobile repairs.
- Minimum of 2 year experience in Mobile Repair in UAE.
- Ready to work under pressure.
- Flexible of work location.
- Eager to achieve his target.
- Well aware about latest models of Mobiles in the UAE market and how to fix issues in them.
