Job description / Role
As a Techno-Functional Analyst with a specialised focus on SAP Proaxia, where you will be a key player in driving the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation program. Your role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and technology teams, collaborating closely with system implementers

Description
* Apply expert insights to assess and validate proposed solutions, utilising SAP Proaxia
* Lead the validation and testing phase of the ERP transformation program, ensuring meticulous assessment of configured business processes within the module
* Collaborate intensively with system implementers and business stakeholders to understand business requirements related to their specific processes, reporting, compliance, and analysis needs
* Ensure proposed solutions align with industry best practices, leveraging extensive experience to validate and challenge recommendations and strategies related the project.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiency enhancement within SAP

Requirements
* Degree in Information Technology, or related field
* A minimum of 7 years dedicated specifically to ERP systems, and related transformations ideally within automotive retail
* Demonstrated expertise in working as a key EPM Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Analyst for a minimum of two major SAP transformation programs
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to ERP systems
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively the all parties
