As a Techno-Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and business needs, ensuring the effective implementation, customisation and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors modules

Description
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for SAP SuccessFactors implementation
* Design, configure, and customise specific modules to align with organisational processes and objectives. Ensuring successful deployment including integration with other systems
* Perform regular system maintenance tasks, updates and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security
* Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure effective use of SAP SuccessFactors
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes and procedures
* Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, updates and industry best practices

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and customisation
* Strong understanding of HR and talent management processes
* Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation and Learning
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
