THE ROLE:

Our Client is looking for a Technology Manager in our Dubai office. This is a critical role within the Implementation Services team responsible for implementing and supporting Client products. The main purpose of the position is to help our international and local clients close the loop on threat, crime and corruption by providing technical assistance and expertise to software implementations of Client suite of products.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage a team of Technology Consultants and manage all activities for the regional Technology Competency
• Manage and lead implementation of Client products at client site and provide post-implementation support
• Provide technical expertise for pre sales activities
• Lead technical design discussions with client IT stakeholders and Client internal teams
• Provide application configuration and maintenance of Client systems
• On-site customer interaction and technical product training
• Provide feedback from customers to the Product Management team with proposed application system changes, enhancements and developments to enhance Client products
• Maintains contact with customers and stakeholders throughout projects to ensure satisfaction
• Such other responsibilities that may reasonably be assigned from time to time

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous Experience of managing a mid-sized team of technical consultants
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills coupled with strong ability to consistently deliver work of a high quality
• Significant experience in data analytics, data mapping, transformation and modelling using standard ETL tools
• Proficiency in .NET framework
• Proficiency is scripting languages such as XML, Python, PowerShell and JSON
• Good IT infrastructure skills in Operating Systems, Networks and Storage
• Possess a broad knowledge of solution areas such as data transformation and migration, security, business analysis, applications, integration and infrastructure, service management, including trends in the current marketplace and understands how these interact to arrive at a solution.
• Familiarity with business and technical concepts such as business process design, modelling languages such as UML, service management, applications, servers, networks and security (both technical and process).
• Must be flexible to travel within EMEA for short periods as and when required and also to work weekends on a rotation basis
