Job description / Role
Salary up to 5,000 + Commission
Our client is an established Real Estate with over 5 years’ experience in the GCC region and they are now seeking a competent Property Management Consultant (inside tele sales) to join the team.
This is a challenging and exciting role in a fast paced environment and requires someone who loves dealing and speaking with people, changing deadlines and managing multiple tasks on a daily basis.
Your calm nature will allow you to easily manage personalities in the business being the ‘go to’ person who helps everyone and doing it with a smile. In this role you will be reporting directly to the Property Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Handling the various kinds of leasing sales
- Good telephonic negotiation skills
- Working as per targets
- Making and handling tele sales
- Managing the company organization structure
- Support to the team and reporting the property Manager.
Requirements
- Must have 2 years+ experience in tele sales
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent English communication and attention to detail
- Team player with “can do attitude”.
