Job description / Role
Telecaller (3 months project)
• Tele callers to initiate telephonic contact with existing and prospective visitors in order to generate interest for them to register for the event and eventually attend.
• Given reliance on spoken language
• Tele callers must have good verbal communication (English).
• Arabic speaking will be an added advantage.
• Calling the database
• Obtaining and updating individual records
• Noting important details for each conversation like: interested, registered, not-registered, attending
• Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to convert as a visitor
• Communicating or escalating responses to concerned client team member
Tele caller KPIs:
• 70 – 90 outbound calls a day
• Mail merge and emailing to selected data/records/contacts
• Recording keeping and reporting of all calls made
• Start date: 3rd January 2023
• End date: 17th March 2023
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Telecaller requirement:
• Minimum 1 year experience in tele sales, tele calling or customer service in UAE
• Diploma, Graduate – BA, Bsc, BBA, B.com will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of excel and how to use an email application (mail merge)
Tele caller skills:
• Persuasion
• Ability to handle and perform under pressure
• Ability to switch between communication style and conversation
• Proficient in verbal communication with a conviction to convince other person on the call
• Patience with persistence whilst resolving visitors objections/queries
• Data entry and telephone skills
