Telemarketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our team in the events and exhibitions industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, and effectively communicating the benefits of our events and exhibitions. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment in the vibrant city of Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify potential leads and target audience
- Making outbound calls to prospects to introduce our events and exhibitions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication
- Following up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Providing accurate and timely information to clients about event details, pricing, and benefits
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Salary:
AED 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the events or exhibitions industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- UAE experience and knowledge of the local market is preferred
