Your key responsibilities as a Tele-Sales Executive will be to:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about XEM's sales offering
- Cold call customers and corporate companies
- Be a lead generator and a resource for the sales team
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Use Salesforce to input data and generate reports daily

We need someone who will see this as a challenge and go the “extra mile” to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

- Proven experience as telesales or cold-calling representative
- A undergraduate degree from a recognized unveristy
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
- Fair knowledge of the printing, copy, technology industry ( this is an added advantage)
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English ( Arabic is a distinct advantage)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to convert and close a sale
- Cool-tempered with the ability to handle rejection, and redirect disinterest.
