Job description / Role
• Telesales Executives works like a call centers where they utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to persuade customers to purchase companies’ services.
• The Telesales Executive’s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our service where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.
• You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.
Requirements
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to avail our services.
• Visit visa holders or cancelled visa are highly encouraged to apply.

Our work methodology for more complex projects includes a Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) of conducting an inspection, generating a technical report which identifies the concerns & our providing our qualitative inputs on method for execution for the job keeping in mind Health & Safety standards being followed. Once the customer approves our Report & commercials we proceed with preparation for execution of the job. On completion of the job we will carry out disinfection& ensure that there is a post job inspection to ensure that the job has been executed as per Tanziif standards.
Post this our team will provide you a job completion report which will give you a good idea of the Before & After state of the space along with a summary of the job carried out. We also recommend if & when a next scheduled service should be booked.
