Job description / Role
• Reaching potential or existing clients to brief them about a product or service
• Addressing inquiries regarding items or the organization
• Posing inquiries to figure out client necessities and close deals
• Conduct cold calling.
• Answer inquiries concerning items or the organization

• Direct possibilities to the field outreach group when required
• Enter and refresh client data in the data set
• Take and cycle orders in an exact way
• Handle complaints to safeguard the organization's standing
• Go above and beyond to meet deals quantity and work with future deals
• Track calls and deals and note valuable data
Requirements
• At least 3 years experience in telesales and marketing preferably from the banking and telecom fields.
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
