Job description / Role
Telesales Executive up to 4k Aed for a Technical Services Company based in Dubai
• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
• Manage client accounts and maintain relationships, all through taking and making phone calls
Requirements
• POSITION: Telesales Executive
• SALARY: up to 4,000 AED monthly gross depending on qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Maintenance & ELV/IT Solutions
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationals
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing or any related courses
• At least 2 to 3 years of Telesales or Telemarketing experience, preferably from banking / insurance industry
• Must be able to negotiate and be quick to understand the values and terms of the product or service they are selling
• With creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Have a good sales ability
