Telesales Executive (Real Estate Experience)

Job description / Role

We are looking for candidate with at least 1 year experience in Dubai Real Estate or Property Management as Tele Sales.

- Familiar with Real Estate and property managemet.
- Can generate leads through cold calling.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication skills Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge in Microsoft office.
- Able to communicate clearly with clients.
- Screen and direct phone call/emails and distribute correspondence.
- Maintain Daily Target of 200 calls.

Salary :* Aed 3500/- to Aed 4000/- Depend on experience Plus attractive commission.

valid employment Visa along with Medical insurance.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Tele caller in Property Management or Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
- Able to maintain daily target of 200 calls.
- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage a high volume of leads.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Arabic and English, is a plus.
