Job description / Role
We are currently looking for several Telesales Representatives to work at one of our clients who are a global leader in robotic systems and services. We are looking for someone to support the growth of the business, someone who is smart, switched on and is highly driven to exceed sales targets. You will be joining a sales team of 5 in their office in Dubai Knowledge Village.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Generating prospective customers through cold calling and following up on qualified and non-qualified leads
- Making outbound call to ensure you’re covering all opportunities to maximise sales revenue
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets by making significant outbound sales calls
- Providing credible and trusted relationships with prospective customers
- Maintain and update records on a daily basis.
Requirements
- A university degree
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Fluent English
- Experience in outbound telesales and cold calling
- Confident and persistent to achieve sales targets
- Ability to build client relationships
- Work well under pressure
- Have an out-going personality
