Telesales Representative

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Telesales Representative to join our team in UAE-Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone with the goal of generating sales and providing excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via telephone to promote our products or services
- Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade customers to make a purchase
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling
- Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on customer interactions for feedback and future sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus
