Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A longstanding DIFC client is seeking a temporary candidate to cover extended annual leave for their Receptionist and Administrator. It is essential that candidates fully are available from 16th December 2022 through to 16th January 2023 and sponsored by their spouse or family member. The role will support an organisation that provides security solutions on a global scale and employees are mobilised and relocated frequently and therefore it requires an organised, diligent individual with an exceptional eye for detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, calls and emails you will be well presented with excellent English language skills. The role will encompass ensuring all housekeeping standards and equipment is in good working order and all stationery and panty suppliers are adequate. Support will also be provided to various team members with administrative tasks. This will include assisting the HR team with any updating of records and contracts, visa renewals and DMCC compliance, organising expenses and meetings for the team and ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.

Requirements

This is an approachable and close knit team, where you will be fully supported on a day to day basis by the HR Manager. Therefore, we require those with an all-round office coordinator exposure who enjoy a varied amount of tasks and interactions with others on a daily basis. Excellent communication and written skills are essential alongside use of MS Office and CRM tools. It is vital that you are available for the dates previously mentioned and have family or spouse sponsorship.
