Tendering Manager

Job description / Role

A large reputable construction company are looking to recruit an experienced Tendering Manager within their HO organization to lead and manage the Tendering department.

The person will report to play a major part in preparing and submitting competitive tenders.

Requirements

- University graduate either civil or building engineering.
- Experience in tender preparation and management both commercial and technical preparation and submission for more than 15 years.
- Experience in all types of buildings aspects.
- Able to prepare and submit tenders simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate with Consultant and Clients on tender requirements, enquiries and presentations.
- Good knowledge of local market in terms of Supply Chain/Subcontractor condition and cost data base is a must.
- Able to meet deadlines in tender submission.
- Able to produce tender analysis, present internal tender review for approval.
- Able to coordinate with different departments such procurements, technical, safety quality and to produce the required information data.
- Effective communication both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage effectively tendering large team to meet targets.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadline.
- Remuneration Package will be negotiated with right candidates.

As the building arm of the group the division is primarily focused on civil buildings projects related to high rise buildings, commercial and residential buildings, industrial buildings, schools, hospitals and palaces.
