Excel4apps, a provider of Excel-based reporting, inquiry and budget loading software for use with SAP and Oracle is seeking a Territory Manager based out of our Dubai office. The Territory Manager will join the Middle East/Africa team and report to the Director of Sales Middle East.

This position calls for sales professionals that excel in all aspects of the sales cycle (prospecting, demonstrations, quoting, negotiating, closing, and desk administration) and thrive in an independent and entrepreneurial working environment.

The ideal candidate will be western educated, a self-starter, be well organised, have excellent written and spoken communication skills and ability to communicate effectively and with confidence at the C-level.

They will ideally have at least 3 years of exceptional sales experience ideally in the software/ERP space and be very proficient with Microsoft Excel. The role will be responsible for Direct and Indirect Sales within the allocated territory/technology. The position would be well suited to a junior-mid level sales professional seeking their next challenge.

The immediate selling activities could include driving new business by consulting with prospective customers to understand current reporting processes and pains and positioning the relevant solutions. Experience in SAP Financials or Oracle E-Business Suite is a major plus.

Included in the portfolio of activities will be executing regional sales & marketing events, driving partner relationships, managing existing accounts, lead generation, and follow-up, pipeline management, demo's, proof of concept development and negotiating and closing deals.

Job Outcomes
- Establish a comprehensive multipoint lead generation strategy including Channel and Inside Sales.
- Leveraging all available networks and alliances to uncover additional sales opportunities.
- Attending and representing the company at various business and industry meetings and trade shows.
- Regular and accurate pipeline forecasting using Salesforce
- Work with the Marketing Manager; execute lead generation events and webinars 2 per quarter.
- Achieve yearly net new sales quota (direct and indirect) commiserate with the assigned territory
- Achieve quarterly product demonstration targets - 12
- Achieve quarterly prospect trial targets - 6
- Some travel will be expected, primarily within the assigned territory.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- Western Educated Advantageous
- Must have an affinity for problem solving.
- Demonstrate a high degree of business acumen.
- Display energy, enthusiasm and ambition in your work.
- Have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be a self-starter
- Have strong organizational skills
- Strong hunter mentality with proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office products
- Be comfortable working with new technology and software.
- Experience working with and/or selling Oracle EBS and/or SAP ERP solutions highly beneficial
