TMT Consultant (Manager / Senior Manager)

Job description / Role

Our client, an internationally recognised leader in the professional services arena, are looking to grow their Dubai office. Their consulting practice advises on broad range of issue from strategy through to implementation. Working with both public and private sector clients they offer a variety of services, from defining initial strategy to planning its development and implementing it's outcome.

Their specialist areas of expertise are:

- Human Capital

A senior manager is expected to participate in business development, they will lead proposal development and contribute to the development of the practice.

Lead Operations consulting work streams and/or projects in the TMT industry, this includes:
- Outline the objectives and determine project scope
- Assign time and resources to the activities within the consulting project
- Identify and asses pros and cons of possible alternatives and select and develop the most appropriate solution for the client
- Manage the relationship with our clients
- Plan and manage the flow of activities during the project
- Manage, develop and encourage the team
- Deliver and present the highest quality results on time to the client
- Play a key role in delivering client presentations

Requirements

- Undergraduate degree in business/ engineering or other relevant subject from a leading university
- 4-8 years' proven experience in Operations Consulting projects, including playing a leading role
- Proven experience with financial and process transformation, enhanced Telco operations model development, and/ or strategic sourcing and procurement engagement for TMT clients
- Previous consulting experience with a leading or relevant boutique consulting firm known for the strenght of its TMT industry coverage
- Complete fluency in written and spoken business English
- Experience within TMT in the Middle East is essential.
