Job description / Role
An international non-bank financial institution is expanding their presence in Dubai with the addition of a structured products team. This is an opportunity to join a new team being launched by an international financial institution, who are providing strong financial backing, infrastructure, and balance sheet to this new division.
This is an opportunity for a trade execution and analysis professional to join a new team. The successful candidate is likely to have a background in execution and analysis of multi asset class derivatives.
The role:
- Execution of complex derivative trades to an extremely high degree of accuracy
- Support senior team members with analysis of derivative markets
- Undertake quantitative research for senior team members
- Assist senior team members with daily operations of trading desk
- Monitor trade life cycle
- Trade entry and delivery of trade confirmations
Requirements
The Candidate:
- Preferably experience or education in quantitative research and analytics
- Working understanding of derivatives pricing
- A keen interest and knowledge of global financial markets, and the factors which impacts them
- Willing to work Monday-Friday, whilst being based in Dubai
- Incredible eye for detail; able to execute significant volumes of trades with high precision and low margin of error
- Keen to learn
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to work
- 2-3 minimum years on a structured products desk in execution, analysis, and research
