Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This role will report to the Head of Sales and have the following responsibilities:

Trade Marketing
* Ensure the development and integration of the Trade Marketing strategy and in line with the marketing strategy.
* Work closely with sales and marketing team to develop monthly activities and promotion
* Analyze key business drivers, promotion effectiveness.
* Dealing with agencies like AC Nielsen, outdoor activation agencies, promoter etc
* Developing and imparting sales training program- in house and outsource (both for company's team and distributor).

Channel Management
* Channel activation.
* Relationship development program with key accounts and other channels
* Developing channel specific BTL and activation strategy and its execution.

Commercial control
* To be commercially driven and customer led for achieving sales, contribution and value targets for the brands.

Planning and analysis
* Sales data management-region specific, area specific, channel specific
* Manages the BTL budgets (allocation, spend, execution, measuring effectiveness)
* Developing sales MIS system -Reach, automation, latest tools, POS system, training etc

Activation & Merchandising
* Customized POS development, catalogue, dispensers ,newsletters etc
* Handling of all BTL specific agencies, vendors etc
* Institutional, saloon or any other new channel development -direct reporting
* Strategy on visibility, merchandising, in store activities, planogram, hyper media etc

Requirements

Client is looking for a candidate with significant experience (c.15 years) within Trade Marketing. The candidate must come from a consumer goods environment and have significant experience with Personal Care Products.

* Degree Educated
* Significant Middle East experience
* Fluency in English (Arabic also ideal)
