Position Title: Traffic Operations Specialist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 33,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
The hiring company is a technology driven engineering group with expertise in different sectors such as aerospace, electronics, land systems and marine industries.

Job Role:
• Assist users with questions on how to operate iTraffic
• Assist with the configuration of the iTraffic system
• Assist in the addition of devices
• Provide front-end administration support
• Provide on-the-job-training for operators hired after the initial contract training
• Assist with the creation of DMS messages
• Assist with the updating of event management rules
• Assist with the creation of the planned event scenario response plan
• Support of RTA in carrying out a minimum of 6 asset management and QHSE audits per year
• Carry out any required remediation’s to fix issues identified by the audits
• Troubleshoot any issues
• Coordinate between other ITS2020 contracts

Requirements

Requirements:
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
• At least 15 years of experience in traffic management centre operations
• Knowledgeable in iTraffic system
• Have experience in designing messages for Dynamic Message Signs and traveler information systems
• Has a background in providing technical training on the operation of traffic management systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
