Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A large retail client is looking to hire for a Trainer to be assigned in their office in Dubai which will handle the learning and professional development of the organization’s workforce.

Main Responsibilities:
- Identify the training and development needs within an organization
- Design and expand training and development programs that are relevant to all employees
- Conducting appraisal
- Devise individual learning plans
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through the questionnaires and discussions with the manager
- Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
- Hold workshops and lectures

Requirements

- Graduate of Bachelor in Psychology or any business and behavioural courses
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Strong previous skills in the training administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of training processes and procedures
- Budgeting skills
- Time Management skills
