Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

* Basic product knowledge
* Deliver effective training programs
* Updating of existing training programs
* Carry out TNA & its implementation
* Administrative task and data management
* Service and maintenance of training equipment
* Assist L&D team with development, maintenance & implementation of detailed training plan
* Developing training database
* Conducting training at all levels

Requirements

* Graduation in any subject
* 3 to 5 Years Experience as a trainer in Retail or Jewelry
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Quality Presentation Skills
* Proficiency in Ms. Office
* Ability to multi - task
* Hands on experience in e-learning platforms
* Certification in L&D (added advantage)
