Employment: Full Time

Trainer - Sales and After Sales (x2) - Toyota & Lexus - Automotive Training Academy

You will be reporting to the Sales and Aftersales Development Manager and your responsibilities in this role are the following but not limited to:
- Hands-on delivery of Sales and Aftersales Training programme and assessment of Sales and Aftersales competencies.
- Develop and produce materials for use by learners and trainers including Trainers Guide containing all schemes of work and lesson plans.
- Ensure that all training and development programmes work in accordance with the 70-20-10 principle. Guidelines should be provided for project based learning, coaching and mentoring
- Identify and respond to opportunities for new programme offerings and expansion of existing programmes and services to meet business goals.
- Contribute to the analysing of standard competence reports, operational non-compliance and execution of structured action plans including assessing competencies of all new starters prior to end of probationary period to assist line managers.
- Ensure Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management system requirements and SOPs are implemented in the area of responsibility.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, Management or Engineering
- Knowledge of adult learning processes, instructional design techniques, best practice learning tools and evaluation methodologies
- Minimum of 5 years related B2B sales training experience
- More than 7 years of sales management experience preferably in the Automotive Industry
- Advanced experience delivering sales development solutions using a variety of delivery modalities including video, online learning, social media, on-the-job and manager-led learning
