Trainer - Sales and After Sales (Commercial Vehicles) - Automotive Training Academy

You will be reporting to the Sales and Aftersales Development Manager and your responsibilities in this role are the following but not limited to:
- Deliver engaging training to ensure that all distributor and company policies and procedures are adhered to, in line with Academy quality standards.
- Identifying training and development needs within the division through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and HRBP and designing & delivering tailored programs for such needs.
- Create and encourage positive, energetic, memorable and productive learning Environments for all delegates/participants.
- To deliver the Step level trainings designed by brand Principals – Hino & Toyota Material handling for Sales & Aftersales and drive the technicians to get certified from the brand principals
- Complete ongoing Self-assessment of training programme content and delivery, to promote continuous improvement.
- To keep a healthy relationship with Brand Principals – Hino & Toyota Material handling and communication with their respective departments to ensure alignment of their requirements in our training programs

Requirements

- Working knowledge and understanding of Automotive processes and systems
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience of in training.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience of in sales or customer facing role.
- Experience working for an automotive company that deals with commercial vehicles (including trucks, buses and other vehicles).
- Understanding of Automotive sector and typical dealer structures/roles, sales and aftersales
