Job description / Role
- Liaising with business stakeholders to ensure that defined populations and participant lists are accurate – in other words, to ensure that the right people are trained in the right programs.
- Collection / collation / analysis / reporting of training and assessment data.
- Assisting with QA (Quality Assurance) Reviews on program delivery, by preparing, reconciling and reporting program data.
- Working with the service delivery team at LSSC Chennai for the logistics of self-paced eLearning, instructor-led eLearning (webinars) and classroom sessions.
- Support for technology initiatives to improve learning delivery.
- Maintaining a calendar of external training programs, conferences, seminars and certifications, promoting those options to Standard Chartered staff, tracking participation, and tracking Continuing Education activities for all staff.
Requirements
- Experience in managing data related to trainings and completions of mandatory requirements.
- Experience in content management and Learning Management Systems.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, as well as presentation and program development skills.
- Ability to work across business lines with banking, policy and HR professionals.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to accept new and varied assignments.
