Job description / Role
Training
Job Description:
- Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
- Conduct trainings for basic and intermediate level
- Track and report on training outcomes then evaluate and make recommendations on
training material and methodology
- Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
- Implement e-learning programs and skill standards
- Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction and virtual training
CSR
- Make annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) action plan in line with company's mission and objectives
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for implementation of CSR activities
- Assess the effectiveness of CSR activities and provide feedbacks and recommendations for improvement
Requirements
Education Attainment: at least Bachelor's Degree holder
Work Experience: at least 2 years of training coordination experience in a multinational organization or in a training provider company.
Qualification / Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficient at MS Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Planning and organizing
- Presentation skills
- Facilitation skills
- Adaptable
- Team player
Other Requirements: willing to travel outside UAE, preferably holding UAE driving license
