Training Consultant - Arabic Speaking

Established Executive Training Company is currently hiring passionate Arabic Training Consultant to join their Dubai office. This company has the happiest employees in Dubai.

The main focus of this role is assisting the business in maximizing people performance through Training and Development delivered to our corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be a highly-skilled professional and a seasoned training specialist who can deliver entire training programmes in both Arabic and English.

Job Description:
- Deliver our core accredited programmes solo in Arabic and English after induction
- Create satisfaction in the client by scoring an average of 8 out of 10 on training evaluation
- Deliver an average of 100 Billable Hours per month
- Generate a minimum of AED100,000 of continued business within client accounts
- Support the sales team as the training expert in a minimum of one sales pitch per month
- Contribute to the consultant team and strategy meetings to assist in developing new initiatives and building the brand value of the company.

Requirements

- Experience using Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel to an intermediate level
- Exceptional written and verbal English language skills
- Arabic speaker
- Current divers licence
- Ability to Develop People - Coaching learners and clients in their current roles to improve performance and prepare them for future roles
- Facilitation Skills - Able to facilitate and inspire learning and discussion towards tangible results with teams in the room
- Flexibility & Adaptability - Adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, copes effectively with complexity and change
- Interpersonal Credibility - Quickly able to establish credibility at learner and client level in an organisation
- Communication - Speak and write clearly and articulately in both Arabic and English without being overly verbose or talkative in all forms of written communication, including email
- Persuasion - Able to convince others to pursue a course of action
- Honesty & Integrity - Does not cut corners ethically, earns trust and maintains confidence, speaks plainly and truthfully
- Organization and Planning - Plan, organize, schedule in an efficient productive manner, focussing on key priorities
- Enthusiasm - Passion and excitement for work, “can do” attitude
