Employment: Full Time

A reputable Automotive company is currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator. You will be reporting directly to the Dealer Development Director

OBJECTIVES: To support the company's Sales, Product & Management Trainer(s) to deliver effective training to dealer staff, by analyzing training requirements, planning, coordinating, and monitoring training activities (homework, e-training etc). Secondary tasks: to support the Network Development manager in his administrative tasks and the Sales Quality Manager to steer our sales network performance

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination of company's training activities and ensure high certification and qualification standards by supporting the Sales Trainer in determining training and personnel development requirements.
- Continuously updating of sales force list, training records and training matrix
- Planning and monitoring training activities using the Sales Training calendar – sending invitations, scheduling training block dates, informing participants, following on their preparation and homework progress
- Supporting the trainers in organization and setup of training including flights, accommodation of participants, classroom preparation, stationary etc.
- Coordination of central and regional launch training, as well as, active participation in running the central and regional training.
- Establishment and maintenance of online training management system: means of providing and archiving the materials for training and personnel development measures
- Deployment and monitoring of company’s measurement tools to verify the implemented measures.
- Data management and reporting, as well as mystery shopping results.
- Data management and reporting of training results based on online training tools – in close cooperation with regional sales managers, regional sales training manager and dealer’s sales managers
- Organize dates, venues, timetable for Assessment Centers

Requirements

- University Degree
- Minimum 3 years in admin / coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft – Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Must speak, read and write English and Arabic (material translation required)
- Must hold a Tertiary Education Degree

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in coordinating training is preferable
- Previous automotive experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Middle East experience and good cultural knowledge.

PRACTICAL & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
- Proficient in English and Arabic (German is an advantage)
- Proficient in Word/ Excel/ Power Point and other relevant application

- Good personable skills for/with regional third party management
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple training coordinations
- Able to work independently and follow the training process for individuals
- Able to work with diverse teams
- Shows commitment and dedication
