Job description / Role
Working for this multinational retail business, the Training Executive will be responsible for the professional development of retail staff across the Middle East region. The role is very interactive involving frequent market visits and up to 50% travel in the region.
Reporting to the Training Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Drive the learning and development of the retail workforce across the Middle East
- Identify training needs and support in the creation of training materials
- Conduct frequent market visits to assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Support in managing the training budget
Requirements
- At least 3 years of training experience in a retail and/or consumer industry
- Experience in increasing sales and improving KPIs through training
- Passionate about working with people
- Must be open to up to 50% travel in the region
